Cancellation Policy

At Clear Source Testing, we are a mobile-based service provider offering professional drug & alcohol testing, CPR/BLS training, and certification services directly at your location. We currently do not operate from a fixed physical location. Client-Site Appointments We come to your home, workplace, school, church, or designated location. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the space is clean, safe, and has adequate room (especially for CPR training). No Facility? No Problem. If a client does not have access to a facility at the time of booking, Clear Source Testing will assist in securing a neutral venue such as: A hotel conference room A shared office space Our church hall (when available) A convenience or rental fee may apply. This will be communicated and confirmed before your appointment. Mobile Service Area We serve Metro Atlanta and nearby cities including Buford, Lawrenceville, Duluth, Suwanee, Norcross, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, and Cumming. A travel fee may apply for areas outside our standard service zone. Booking & Confirmation Appointments must be confirmed with a valid address or facility preference at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. For urgent or same-day requests, please call us directly to check availability. Refund & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund.
